First round was with the HR person in HQ, then second round with another HR, onsite, and the local team, it was an extremely daunting and stressful experience as they really dig your personal profile and ask you tons of questions pertaining to your past that doesn't relate to your ability to do the job. I have informed the HR from HQ right from the start I don't have experience in hiring blue collar workers but I am willing to learn, however this seemed to be very important to the local team, hence both sides are not aligned. The whole interview felt like an interrogation! I definitely dodged a bullet here as I have since found a much better job.
