Excellent Interview Process. Thorough conversations with agency founders to assure all questions, expectations, growth path, challenges and opportunities were discussed. Each call was kept fairly casual as if to gain a sense of what personalities and character traits we all had and what it would be like to collaborate day to day.

Completed several interviews, was given an enormously time consuming task to complete (took 40+ hours of work!), a personality test (red flag that any supposedly deep-thinking company places faith in such continually debunked business-bro) pseudo-science, and then ghosted! Unprofessional. If this is how the company culture is, I dodged a bullet for sure.

Interview
Meeting with a recruiter and then a phone call with the CD and one of the partners. These guys were so clueless about what they need in the role as well as putting forward goodwill to a candidate, I wanted to scream. They have no idea of their own particular roles in supporting the expansion of digital engagement within an agency, but rather expect digital to be served up on a platter for them to approve or disapprove like a monarch. Stupid people that couldn't have been more disengaged during the interview process.
