Starts with a half hour phone interview to see if you are qualified. They will ask you generic questions about your classes, why you like transportation, why their company, ect. Then if you pass that, you will have an in person interview that lasts for roughly an hour. The questions were not terribly technical but they were mostly comprehensive, "what would you do if ...". Very nice people, if understood your Transportation engineering classes, it should be an easy interview.
