The interview process had various steps including:
1. Taking a Code Test and sending a link to my Portfolio
2. Phone Screening with Recruiter
3. Skype call with Hiring Manager
4. Skype call with HR Director
5. Personality/Character Questionnaires
6. In-person Team Interview
7. In-person Executive Team interview
Overall I was very pleased with the interview process and always knew what the next steps were. Communications were clear, and I never felt any uncertainty. They really make sure that you are a good fit, as well as that they are a good fit for you.
