The interview was a joke. The senior consultant had not even looked at my CV before the interview or the projects I have worked before. The job description was on the energy and project management side, but during the interview they only cared on electrical engineering background, although this was not mentioned or existed as a requirement throughout the process prior to the interview. Had to complete a number of tests and prepare a presentation for the interview. During the presentation the interviewing team had no idea of the energy storage updates/market I presented.
