I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DP Technology Corp. (Milan)
Interview
HR was quite friendly and responsive. First two rounds of interviews went amazingly well, including the manager for the position who was allocated abroad. Then it came down to the Italian level and, surprise! As if it wasn't clear from the start in my CV and explained in each step with all interviewers that I have few experience with CAE, willing to learn. Well, Italians wanted someone already formed, while the other levels would be willing to train the resource. An enormous misalignment between the involved people. Bottomline, it felt it as an incredible loss of time.

Interview
The interview was more like a conversation where they try and get to know your personality and see if you would be a good fit for the company. The whole process took about three hours where you are the one asking a lot of the questions.

Interview
I had a phone interview first which was pretty basic STAR questions. Then they flew me out to LA for an in person interview. I got to speak with the engineer who I would be working for and had a very light interview where he mainly just showed me the technology.
