DREST interview questions

Camera off call with their head of HR. She seemed combative, distracted and disinterested in what we were discussing which felt pretty rubbish. I was excited to talk about the role/project, had spent some time on research in advance but all of that was batted away. Was strangely cold and rude and couldn't talk much about how things worked at the team. Found it impossible to reach a rapport. Left feeling really deflated and off-balance. A pretty bad introduction to the studio.
