I applied online and received a request for a phone screen a few days later. The phone screen went well enough and I was moved on to the next round, which was a coding test. The test was pretty easy and unlike a lot of other places I've interviewed, the data wasn't related to their business. A day or two after turning in the coding test, I was invited in for an interview. The office seemed pretty disorganized, while I arrived early, it didn't seem like the hiring manager was expecting me. Over the course of 3 hours I met with several members of the team. The last hour was another skills test, this time using sample data from the business. I had 40 minutes to figure out what the data meant and to come up with insights and then 20 minutes to present my findings. While most everyone was pretty friendly, the hiring manager seemed annoyed the entire time. Though it's been more than 6 weeks and I assume I'd been rejected, Drivin has yet to reach out about the results of my interview.
