I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DSV in Jun 2021
Interview
Firstly, when I was called for the "interview" the man never stated it would be an interview. He said something like "we'd like to have you come in so we can tell you about the job and you can tell us about yourself." And that was almost exactly how it went, except they really only asked a couple [more personal and less interviewy type] questions. Same thing with the second "interview." The first one was with who would be my direct supervisor and her direct supervisor, and the second one was with those two and the senior director (seems intimidating but he was really cool).

In-Person or Virtual Interview:
If you pass the initial screening and any assessments, you will be invited for a more in-depth interview. This could take place in-person or via video call. During this interview, you’ll likely meet with the hiring manager, team members, or other key decision-makers. They will ask behavioral, technical, and situational questions to understand how you approach work, solve problems, and fit into the company culture.
