Interview
The interview process was quite thorough and well-structured. It started with an online interview, followed by a design challenge to assess practical skills, and then a final in-person interview with the team and management. The process was professional and gave a good understanding of the company and role.
There were 2 interview types, one to gauge if you will be a good cultural fit and another based on your skillset which would be tested against a standard design brief.
