had a phone interview with a HR agent the other day and the next step will be a face-to-face interview at a local center, which is a week later. the HR reviewed the requirements for the job position in the beginning and then started to ask typical HR questions - be aware of their core values and think how your experienced are related to those values.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

Interview
I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
