I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Boston, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview was conducted by a panel from different fields including an RN. They were all very friendly and started by introducing themselves and giving a little backgrfound of what drew them to DaVita. This was a refreshing way to start the interview. The majority of the questions were fromatted as real life behavioral questions. They were more interested to learn about me as a person. This was very important to them because the company really focuses on caring for the patients as well as the team. Learning about the company prior to the interview is extremely helpful and will give anyone interested in working there a very good idea of what DaVita is all about.

Interview
I met with a phone recruiter (screener) first, who took some time to find out a little more about me and my values and experiences. They also went over what they are looking for (job description) and also talked about aspects of the job such as hours and days. I passed the phone screening and went on to have an interview with the Facility Manager at Davita for the facility I applied to two days later. The overall process was quick and went smoothly.
