I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DaVita in Aug 2020
Interview
At first the process was smooth and transparent. Towards the final rounds, however, the recruiter was inconsistent and unclear regarding next steps. The recruiter stopped responding to requests and I ultimately moved onto other opportunities after not hearing for several weeks. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing considering the size, maturity and culture of Davita.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DaVita (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Poor experience - I was referred - the recruiter seemingly forgot the interview. When I reached out, they said their previous call went long after calling about 3 to 4 minutes later. Then the recruiter was reading her script so quickly it was hard to keep up. I was then interrupted multiple times as she seemed in a hurry. The recruiter only spent 18 minutes with me; it was apparent they did not plan on moving forward with me as a candidate based on the curt responses and brevity of the interview.

Question 1
About collaboration - although I was unable to finish as I was interrupted so she could move to next question.
Awful. Interviewer was ill prepared and unprofessional. They asked my experience and then said we’d put this conversation on pause without apology. They clearly thought that I was interviewing for a higher level position and they didn’t review resumes properly. Wasted my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Brentwood, TN)
Interview
There was a basic screening call with a recruiter for about 30 minutes and then an in person interview. The in-person interview lasted an hour with 2 30 minute interviews.
