Applied online and heard back the same day about scheduling a phone interview. On the day of the interview my recruiter was late to the call. She offered no apology and instead dived right in, she asked me to talk about my resume before trying to sell me on a different position because I didn't have the exact years of experience they were looking for. I found the blatant bait and switch disrespectful and to be a complete waste of my time. If I did not have the minimum years of experience you should not have reached out. Regardless of the outcome I don't think I would want to work for a company that does not show proper care to candidate experience.
