Regular interview, by the book. Kept in a timely manner. Questions asked were slightly remote and not connected to the process of work. Recruiter did not mention a lot about the role for which they were hiring. All in all, very average interview experience performed one on one.

Relatively fine but unorganized and had a negative interviewer.

3-step interview (3rd interview on a separate day) but only found out this was the case when I arrived.

1st interview went smoothly but the 2nd interviewer was incredibly rude, interrupted my answers and asked a lot of random and unrelated (to the job) questions that were quite personal.

Also had to wait quite a while (~30 mins) for the second interview to begin but this was manageable.

I was also supposed to hear from them whether I got the offer or rejection and essentially received no communication at all.

Terrible, no respect at all. 45min waiting for a junior to act as if she owns the company. Simply terrible experience. If the interview process is in this manner then im sure working for such company is even worst.
Irrelevant questions being asked which unfortunately lead to me politely rejecting to continue the nonsense and leave.
Will never consider either working with Damac or even being a customer.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL recrutement process I have seen in my life!

Several different HRs headhunted me in a mess. The asked me to do slides (for free of course) but didn’t even make me present it during the interview, and no feedbacks were provided.

For a scheduled video conference, no one showed up except me, which is totally ridiculous. I contacted them by all the possible ways and then was told to reschedule it. They promised me to give the answer the second day after the interview but just disappeared. This happened not only once or twice.

The final result was that I did all the phone interview, slides, case study but didn’t even receive a feedback or rejection! Never expect this company to have the spirit of contract and even basic respect. And I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.
