Darlington Building Society interview questions

Very friendly and welcoming employers. Made to feel at ease from start to finish of interview process. Front desk were really friendly whilst waiting for interview too. Made the process a lot more relaxing.

interview process was quick - had to do a presentation for the interview which I attended at head office. The interview itself was ok - I arrived early but the interviewers were running late - approximately 30 minutes which was disappointing. I mainly dealt with a recruitment consultant for the role who said initial feedback was good and the only other person in the running for the job was an internal candidate who had no recruitment experience, compared to myself who was external and had 4 years of it. In the end they went with the internal candidate. I asked for feedback but didn't receive any.
