Applied through the link on Linkedin, 2 days later got an email inquiring a time for an initial screening, received the call next day. It was pretty straightforward, I was asked why I applied for this position and couple questions from my resume. It took 10 minutes. HR person passed the 2nd step which is the talk with the hiring manager and called me on site. 5 hours later my on site was arranged and it was 4 days later. I met 7 people on site, 3 of them managers in Waltham 2 of them managers in CA, and 2 senior engineers. No surprises, received questions related to my past experiences, very easy.
