The company reached out with a take-home assignment before any live interview or human interaction, which I completed thoughtfully and on time. However, after submitting the assignment, I received only a generic mass email explaining they were overwhelmed by the volume of applicants and couldn’t provide individualized responses. While I understand high interest in the role, requiring unpaid, time-consuming work up front without a clear process or follow-up feels disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. I hope they improve transparency and respect in their recruiting process going forward. - GTM Operation Team
