We ask these questions to find out if candidates have ever heard of Servant Leadership and to help us discern if they will be a good culture fit with the organization. We also tailor our examples of the company culture based on how familiar or unfamiliar the candidate is with the concept of Servant Leadership. We like to give relevant examples of our culture that will resonate with the candidates so they have a clear picture of our culture and work environment to make an informed decision about joining the company if an offer is made. We realize that our Servant Leadership culture and work environment are not for everyone and finding Employees that fit well with the company culture is so important for both the Employee, their peers and the company so we do our best to identify candidates that will be successful.
