      The phone interview was pretty straight forward and the recruiter I spoke with was great. I got the in person inter a week later which went very very well. Exactly a week later I get a call with a job offer!

      From a direct, online application, my CV was rapidly screened and a phone interview scheduling request appeared the following day. A preliminary phone interview took place the day after, and details of pre-employment assessments (personality questionnaire, and CCAT) were sent the same day, with a recommendation (which I echo) to practice the CCAT beforehand. Datto provided access to a practice platform at no cost. After completion of the pre-employment assessments (online, at home), I was invited on-site for a technical interview with the technical supervisor, a senior technician and an HR representative. This interview consisted of general technical knowledge and competency questions (acronyms, protocols, troubleshooting, etc), a little probing into previous technical roles and responsibilities and a few questions about customer/people management etc. Duration: 1 hour. The mood suited the office environment: upbeat, friendly and relaxed, but still efficient and professional. You would be overdressed in a suit. The following day, my availability was sought for a video interview with the director of support and a call was booked within a week. Questions focused around previous job roles, seeking clarification of my work preferences, goals, outlook, style, strengths and weaknesses. A classic interview, but with a genuine interest in understanding what makes the candidate tick. The director was provided feedback for the technical interview and explained "next steps" and the on-boarding process. Duration: 1 hour. The mood remained personable and upbeat, but seemed a little more formal and intense. Pictures and furnishings in my home office gave helpful icebreakers for the start. I received an offer (pending completion of background checks) at the beginning of the following week.

      Interview

      Called by the HR with few questions about my background. Second stage was a typical Math/logic test and once passed I’ve been invited to the on site interview. After that the manager said that he was going to call me but that call never happen. After two weeks (I tried to contact them several time) the HR told me that my experience was not enough.
