I applied online. I interviewed at Davis Advertising
Interview
The interview was fairly short and straightforward. They hadn't viewed my resume before the meeting. The interview mostly covered my prior experience. They gave me a chance to ask questions at the end.

Interview
Although their website didn't have any open positions displayed, I applied online anyway and received an immediate email response from Chris, the Director of Digital Strategy. I got lucky with the timing because it was on point and they needed someone to fill the role that I was applying for.
After a few emails, I was asked to come in for an interview. I met with Chris and what was supposed to be 30 minutes, turned into a 2 hour interview because it went very well. The interview included building rapport, learning more about the role, explaining my experience and qualifications, Q&A, and a tour of the office. I was pretty confident that I was going to get an offer after the interview. I sent a post-interview "thank you" email and I believe I received an offer the next week. Overall the process was informal, but still thorough.

Interview
Had an interview with the president. They waited a month and called back for a second interview with supervisor. Had that interview and was called back another month and a half later. Very unprofessional, uninspired questions, lack of focus. Sure the interviews were easy but gave the (as it turns out, correct) impression that this was not a well-run or creative agency.
