There were many tests to approve before being able to work with them. That showed a level of professionalism I cherish a lot. They were fully available and willing to respond to any doubt during the whole process.

Question 1
They sent some documents where I had to find the mistakes.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Day Translations (Caracas, Capital District) in Jul 2018
Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Day Translations (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process is fairly standard, but blown up - more stages, longer sample texts, longer response times, it dragged slowly. When you successfully complete the tests, you need to carefully study a couple of documents with their requirements, then you must add a couple of dozen PMs to your Skype. Then nothing happens. To me it was a useful experience - now I know more signs of agencies that I should avoid.
