Thorough and professional right from the start. I applied online and was called by Danielle from HR. She was very nice and phone screened me. She then set up a time for me to come in. I walked into the dealership which was impressive. She asked if I wanted coffee which was Starbucks. I sat in the waiting room and after a few minutes was brought to her office and met with her and the GM Paul. The atmosphere was warm, professional, and relaxed all at the same time. After about 45 min. of Q/A the interview was complete. I was told they would let me know. After a few days Danielle called me and told me I had gotten the position. I was very happy with the overall experience.
