The first interview was with one of the owners. It was a good interview that lasted about 30-45 minutes. I was asked to return the next day to have a second interview with the VP of Sales and Marketing. The second interview only lasted about 20 minutes. I thought that it went well but didn't receive a call back regarding the position. I tried calling and e-mailing both of them the following week and did not get a single response. I think they could have been courteous and courageous and told me that they found someone better (or whatever the case may have been).
