The initial interview process is pretty standard. You apply online and once a recruiter views and accepts your application, you're given the next scheduled interview date and time. Dress is t-shirt, jeans and tennis, as this is the attire for the actual setting if you're chosen to begin employment. Drug tests are administered on the spot.
