The process includes three parts - 1. Virtual introductory meeting 2. Technical interview that involves both a technical interview that is about an hour and a coding interview that is an hour and a half where you are given a computer and are asked to solve various problems (as usual the length of the tasks is longer than the amount given) 3. HR + CEO I was invited for the first two. The first part was very respectful and got me interested to hear more. Next, I attended the second interview which was in person at the office here also the attitude was good and it seemed that the company respects the candidates and the fact that we as candidates dedicate time and effort to show up for an interview in person. Unfortunately, more than a month passed and I did not hear from Deci since, which is in contrast to the rest of the process. This makes me wonder, if you do not take the time to let candidates know of your decision how you do behave towards the employees. I hope I am wrong and that it’s an honest mistake but this is unacceptable and is very much unusual.
