A very long phone call, then a very long in-person meeting. The interviewer wanted to know as much about workstyle and people-skills as raw technical skills. Was very interested in work samples, went over them in detail. An overall pleasant experience even though I didn't get the job, I suspect because of relocation issues; they never did get back to me, just went silent. That's the one reason I gave this experience a thumbs-sideways rather than thumbs-up.
