Applied online and received a text inviting me to the Decjuba office for a group meeting. Many of applicants sat around a table and listened to the interviewers informational session on the company, engaged in discussion and were given a sheet to fill out regarding personal details.
I handed in my resume in-store, catching the attention of the store manager and she conducted an interview immediately with me at a cafe nearby. My interview experience was fantastic, friendly and smooth. The store manager was warm and passionate with pre-prepared questions.

The whole process involved a group interview where we had to partner up and introduce ourselves. On top of that, we were given a certain item and try to sell it (role play).
