Declara interview questions

Declara is a rebranded company after the founders had a failed startup in Whodini. Not a place to be in, very boring location and elder old school guys from companies like HP.

Declara has been looking to fill this position for over 3 months. They interview candidates every week and still haven't found their Dream Candidate. Job hunting is a bit like dating--you will never find a perfect mate, but you will eventually find someone who is everything to you. My advice for Declara--don't base your hire only on a 20-point list, hire based on personality, aptitude, and willingness to do the job. You'll be more successful with someone who wants to be there who is maybe 80% qualified than with your Dream Candidate who doesn't have the same work ethic .
