Three people were interviewing me through ZOOM. Two of them would have become my peers/colleagues and were nice but had no authority in the interview. The third was a Superior. He was conducting the interview from his car, and the connection broke many times, leaving us (the 2 others and I) in total silence, waiting for him to get back online. It was the most uncomfortable/awkward interview I ever had. It gave me the feeling that they were not prepared at all. On top of this, the job they described in the interview was different then the ad, and was not really a data scientist position.
