I applied on Indeed, and was invited to have a short phone interview, just a few questions on experience, various situations, etc. I was invited back for a 2nd round of interviews, with a couple of the department heads. It was the longest interview I've ever had, about 1.5 hours. They focused a lot on explaining the role and seeing if I was a good fit culturally. Overall I really appreciated that the hiring process seemed very people-driven; my resume was looked over by a person, and not bulk-scanned by AI.
