Interview
There was an auditor asked me about behavior questions and which location I want to go, The whole process took about 40 minutes through Microsoft Teams. It was smooth. The questions include: why choose DCAA? Describe the pros/cons of teamwork. Communication. how you are detailed person? Time management.
Very smooth, quick, and insightful. They will answer your questions and ask you more behavioral based questions. Be prepared to share about how you work in a team setting, how you have solved a conflict in the workplace, how you stay organized/reach deadlines.
