Interview
I was interviewed by the Operations Manager/HR, and Owner. While the interview was conducted professionally, their tone was friendly and casual, creating an instant sense of chemistry. Within five minutes, they extended an offer letter, which I was delighted to accept.

Question 1
They emphasized the importance of people skills, saying, “We can teach almost any technical skill, but people skills are harder to develop,” especially for client-facing roles.
Team iPhone or Team Android? There's an internal, friendly competition around phones, the five boroughs, sports teams, etc., which speaks to the company culture.
They also asked other technical questions and discussed various settings.

Interview
I had a phone interview with one of the partners and then was scheduled for a face to face meeting. I meet with one of the partners and the lead help desk technician. The group interview was insightful getting to meet more of the team before starting at the company to see if they were the right fit for me.
