      Interview

      The process consisted of an HR screening call followed by a hiring manager interview. Each conversation lasted approximately 30–45 minutes. The HR screening focused primarily on my background, career progression, and overall fit for the organization. Questions included “Walk me through your background,” reasons for exploring new opportunities, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Compensation expectations and logistical details were also discussed. The hiring manager call went deeper into my professional experience and technical competencies. The discussion centered on how my background aligned with the team’s needs, examples of leadership, and how I approach problem-solving in a finance environment. It was conversational but substantive, and they were clearly assessing both technical capability and cultural fit.
