The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deliverr (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
The process was smooth but pinpointed. They blend together the culture and experience to ensure a good fit. It is a little long at times being four stages but it is worth it in the end.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deliverr
Interview
Pretty standard strategy interview. Phone Screen with HR, take home case, verbal case, interview with team.
Interviewee needs to drive the process as it is clear HR is very busy.
My downfall was not portraying my experience well enough ultimately costing me on what would have been a dream position. Got dinged on experience even though I had more YoE than the person interviewing me

Interview
You have your typical phone screen that was about 15-20 minutes. Then if you made it past that you were asked to complete a project that you have 24hours to turn around from the moment it is sent. I considered it to be a lot of work for the stage of the interview process. If you make it past that you have an interview with the hiring manager that is 45 minutes. Lastly, you have 3 more 45 minute interviews with people from cross functional teams. Overall the experience went was good and it was a smooth process with exception to one of my last 3 interviews. One person, Ben, it did not go so well with. A little abrasive and off putting in my opinion.
