Interview
It was an inital phone call with the head of the department followed by a zoom call with the head of department and the current graduate assistants. After this I was offered the position.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Delta State University (Cleveland, MS)
Interview
Great was able to meet the entire staff and get a feel for the place and the atmosphere was a great experience and enjoyed the entire staff. I would not worry much when going into the interview process with this department
