I get a call out of the blue asking me to come in for an first round in person interview. I almost don't feel like wasting my time going there when I don't even know if this is a place where I would want to work. I am convinced by friends that I should go regardless so I do. I go in and I am interviewed by two guys which is their entire engineering team. Where they ask me about things on my resume and tells me a little bit about the company. They also asked me really simple technical questions. There was no reason for them to have me waste an hour to get there when they could of easily done the entire thing over the phone. I don't know if they will invite me back for another interview, but if they do. I won't bother. Seems like a pretty terrible place to work, and the engineering team seems pretty incompetent.
