First round of interview was alright.
Second round was a case study which was a disaster:
- they did not make any prior disclosures that I would have to dial into a meeting and share ALL screens on my personal laptop, not just the screen I was working on. It was unnecessarily invasive and off-putting.
- the file sent over was full of errors, shows lack of care to candidates that they did not review their work beforehand.
I declined to move forward.
I was asked reasonable questions to test my understanding of the products and my fit within the company. The human element of the interview was very important. Good experience overall. Interviewed by 1 person then came back for a test then interviewed by another 2 people together.
