HR recruiter reached out to me about a job. 15 min intro call with HR then 30 min zoom with hiring manager. After that, radio silence. The least they could do is send a form rejection email, a simple 'thanks but no thanks' would suffice. Not only did they reach out to me, but I took the time out of my schedule to go through 2 rounds of interviews, and they ghosted. No respect for interviewees.
