After first round with a recruiter I was told I wouldn't hear back for a couple weeks -- no problem, I am still employed at the moment. Not even 12 hours later I was asked which of two times would work the following Monday (this was a Thursday) to speak with the hiring manager. I politely explained I wasn't available that Monday but gave broad time windows Tues-Fri. I then got a quick reply asking if I had a good reason why I wasn't available?? After some back and forth they begrudgingly scheduled a different day with me. The interview was fine, but then I got an auto rejection email with multiple typos after the interview.
The process felt unorganized and the way they handled scheduling made me think I dodged a bullet working here.
Was pretty straightforward, STAR questions. Phone interview with hiring manager, teams call, meeting with regional manager. The process was definitely straightforward and to the point. Very focused on sales and previous performance
I had two interviews with the hiring manager who said that they would follow up within a week. I never heard from them again. It was very unprofessional. Would avoid.
