The process was a one on one interview — pretty straightforward overall. There wasn't much small talk or banter at the start, but the questions themselves were direct and easy to follow. Nothing too unexpected, so going in prepared with your key experiences and examples should set you up well.

Question 1
How long I’d lived in the area, if I was planning on moving anywhere soon
Another interview from another sports team that wastes your time for an hour and ghosts you. The interview felt very robotic just spewing questions at you. Its clear who they are looking for and unfortunatly no matter what you say their mind is made up before words come out your mouth. The interview lasted for an hour, it was a panel of 4 and they just ask you basic questions. Whether I got the job or not we spend an hour or more of our time prepping and preparing for an interview just for them to never get back to you. I understand I did not move to the next round or even get the role but at least have the professionalism to contact your candidates.
