Was interviewed by two new graduates who, when asked, had no understanding of what autism was. The interview was dead in the water from that moment on. No ability to seek support from a senior member of staff.. they made the hiring decisions. Probably a good thing that I didn't end up in a workplace that doesn't understand autism.
