The process was easy. First met with HR, then the second interview was with two analysts who asked some technical questions. Next interview was with two more senior members of the team.

Interview
The interview process was thorough and thoughtfully structured. It began with a Microsoft Teams call with the current HR Manager, followed about a week later by another virtual interview with the Director of Portfolio Operations and General Counsel. Soon after, I had a Teams call with the CEO, which stood out as one of the best interviews I’ve had — he showed a genuine interest in my background and clearly communicated the importance of the role, emphasizing their commitment to finding the right fit.
I was then invited to their Midtown office, where I spent four hours meeting with seven team members across different functional areas. It was clear they were being intentional and collaborative in their approach to hiring.
About a week later, I received a note from the HR Manager letting me know they had decided to move forward with another candidate. While disappointing, the overall process was respectful, engaging, and professional from start to finish.
