I was pretty surprised when I didn't get a job offer. Interviewer was very laid back and we more chatted about my job experience and what I expected the job to be like. She was very bubbly and kind and told me I'd hear back the next day either way. Didn't hear anything so I called a week later and left a VM. Still nothing.
