If you want to be degraded and have your integrity and confidence destroyed, then have an interview with these ‘people’. Oh, nice as pie over the phone, but when it finally got to the third stage interview - total shambles! They needed 3 hours of my time because their selection process and methods are ancient! I was dumped in a room, given several stacks of paper and a pencil to manually answer 240 personality questions, 40 literacy questions and 40 numeracy questions. And they make you fill in your answers on a separate answer sheet with hundreds of circles plastered over it. Honestly, it was like sitting an exam at college - and only given a short amount of time to complete them all. The experience was so unprofessional - I must have had 4 or 5 people come in and out of the room interrupting me to ask how I was getting on. ( I thought to myself - “you’re joking right!?”. Bear in mind that this is for an administrator position - something I have 8 years experience doing already. So, after a lot of my time invested talking to these ‘people’, I waited to hear the outcome with the courtesy of a phone call. Of course they didn’t call me! Typical of a bad HR team - they just sent me a very badly worded copy and paste email. Shocking treatment of candidates and they have created a very bad name for themselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You’ve been warned!
