Pathetic! I had a HM call, only to discover that the interviewer, apparently a top-notch VP, Engg doesnt even know what an "EXPLAIN" phase of a query is! Argued about the feasibility and wanted to outpost my explanation as a made-up thing! Looking at the compensation levels, I think this org is a perfect epitome of "If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!"
