Was good throughout just got pipped at the end which is normal I guess but it’s difficult nowadays nationwide but some amazing people it seems so far which I hope they do very very well
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DevComms (Birmingham, England)
Interview
The initial stage was a relaxed phone interview to know the candidate's motivations and backgrounds a little better, lasting around 10-15 minutes. This was followed by a F2F with three senior managers, where questions were more intense and direct. The final F2F interview following this included a written task where they left you alone to complete it, and a more casual/relaxed interview as compared to the previous. After three direct interviews and one presentation, they failed to offer specific feedback on why I was rejected. Instead, I was sent a copy-paste email.
