Il colloquio è stato un po' lungo, ma non è stato pesante ed era chiaro che serviva per testare la mia seniority, quindi era totalmente accettabile non conoscere alcune delle risposte. Ambiente molto informale ed amichevole
processo molto esaustivo, domande molto tecniche, incentrate sia sulle conoscenze del curriculum, sia su argomenti generali. Colloquio svolto da più persone in base alla proprie conoscenze. Processo molto lungo, ma tenendo l'intervistato sempre a proprio agio

Interview
After submitting my resume, I had to wait several months for an answer. One day, I got an invite for an in-person interview.
I have been interviewed by 4 people: an embedded dev, a web dev and the two founders. At my arrival and after each stage I've been offered coffee, beverages, snacks and fruit.
They let me visit the office and have a look at their current projects.
The experience was very positive and they really felt like strong professionals.
