Initial call with company recruiter, then a 1-on-1 interview with the program manager I'd be working for. Laid-back and pretty informal, with typical interview questions. Afterwards had to submit references and information online, then do the Diana Screening.

The interview was performed through zoom with two people interviewing me. I spent about 45 minutes answering basic interview questions. I have proceeded to the next step by submitting references and scheduled child safety interview.

I applied online. I called a few days later to inquire about the progress of my application and was immediately given a phone interview. Two hours later, I was asked for come in the following week for an in-person interview. I had my interview with a coordinator and lead clinician. They took turns asking me questions about my education and experience as a clinician.
