I found this to be a very frustrating experience communicating with HR. After receiving the interview invitation, I was provided with extremely limited scheduling options. By the time I accessed the link, most dates were already taken, leaving only one available time that I could not attend. I reached out promptly to explain that I would be on vacation during that period, but I was told that I would either need to make that time work or withdraw my application. I find it unreasonable to expect candidates to be available during pre-planned time off without offering any flexibility. Given this experience, I have decided to withdraw my application without regret.
